Well what's unique about SoHo in its position with the rest of the neighborhoods, is that
you've got all these other great, vibrant neighborhoods, just within a couple blocks
away. Just a couple blocks to the East once you cross Lafayette, you're in Nolita. Great
artisan boutiques. Wonderful little gastro pubs. Very interesting. A couple blocks to
the south, you've got the wonderful vibrancy of Chinatown, it's markets, and it's great
food vendors. You've got to the, and little Italy is just right there as well. And to
the west, you've got really this new interesting developing neighborhood which we used to call
West SoHo, but has now been called Hudson Square. Uh, it's off of Greenwich, close to
the river. Interesting, great new developments have come up there. The Urban Glasshouse,
505 Greenwich, and the new Trump SoHo hotel was built in that neighborhood as well.
