Hello everyone, It is a simple and easy recipe
and a healthy meal for you and your family. This is how the curry is going to be
and of course you can enjoy it with rice, bread or even
you can try with Chapatti.
Basically, we have lamb which I already marinated yesterday
with yogurt and coconut milk.
Basically, I diced the lamb and mixed it with yogurt and coconut milk
. I added a bit of sugar to taste.
Here are all ingredients that we will need.
chilli powder and paprika , boiled eggs
sliced cucumber 4 bay leaf
fish sauce to your taste 2 whole garlic
4cm ginger and 8 chills 5 diced onions
butter sweet soy sauce
sliced tomato for garnish 1 lemon
coriander powder and cumin powder turmeric
fried onion half of tomato diced
fresh coriander pounded pepper corn.
I am going to use food processor to make the curry paste.
Basically I add most of the ingredients such as diced onion
garlic, ginger and chilli.
When you've got the paste just like this we can move on to the next step.
First of all , I am going to add butter into the pressure cooker
and add the paste .
When the paste is turning to a golden colour
you can add turmeric powder a bit of curry powder and also add chilli powder and pepper powder
tomato and mix well, add fried onion
cumin powder and coriander powder
crushed pepper corn and finally add the lamb mixture
and mix well with the paste. When everything is mixed well add 1/3 cup of coconut milk
you can put the lid on and continue cooking for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes pour in the rest of the coconut milk and stir. Then you are done.
