today we're talking about sweet potatoes this is one of my favorite foods because
it's easy to use in place of regular potatoes
in any dish but it adds that's just that hint of sweetness
that I love you can throw these in a skillet to make a yummy sweet potato
breakfast hash
or use it to make a southern sweet potato salad. To reconstitute our sweet
potatoes
you can add one part sweet potatoes with four parts of boiling water
and let simmer for about 20 minutes then just drain off the excess
and you're ready to use when it comes to nutrition
