Juice is a good thing for people, especially people that may not eat vegetables or fruit.
Be careful of fruit juice because it is a concentrated sugar source so you want to be
careful of the quantities of fruit juice you eat and if you do, dilute it with water or
sparkling water. If you are going to juice yourself, that is great and you want to use
high-quality produce that is fresh, preferably organic. If people like to juice, it is a
great thing for them to do. There is no necessity to consume juice, and it is not giving you
some of the elements, fiber particularly, that you would get in the whole forms of vegetables.
But if you have ever had a chance to make your own V8-like juice it is infinitely better
than the stuff you get in a can.
