Welcome to Ahmets Kitchen, today we will be making vegetarian Cig Köfte
what we need: 300g thin bulgur
add 100ml water

1 big onion
1 peeled tomato
half a lemon, 2 spring onions
and a hand full parsley
and I have fresh mint
from my garden
let's get started
cut everything into small pieces
onto the plate

add them to the parsley

let's use a smaller knife
cut it thin
tomato
cut it into pieces
add it to the onion
the 20 minutes are up, put the bulgur in here
it should be softer now, otherwise it would take up even more time
as you can see it's already softer
add the tomato and onion
50g mild paprika sauce
30g hot paprika sauce
and 1 tsp chilli spice
let's get started
3g cumin
don't add any more
10g pepper, we will add salt at the end
let's work it
if you have a machine you can use it on a low pace
it should need 10 minutes
I will need 20 minutes
15 - 20 minutes
until it's soft
20 minutes are up, I added another 1 tsp chilli spice
and 10g pepper because it wasn't hot enough
