This is another technique that I have found useful when sewing in or hiding tails I try and keep them
secure. Working on the backside of my marigold flower, so I just kind of pull up a length of tail weaving
them in between the stitches. And now I want to cut it a little bit smaller. Now what I am going to
do is place my tapestry needle between the threads and unravel it, just like that,. Going to thread my
needle with two of the strands and then, go back a couple of stitches like this, and now I am going to
knot my tail. This way is a bit more time consuming, but if you are concerned about tails coming out,
I have found this way will work pretty well too. Now just go ahead and cut it like that, you have a little
knot like this on the backside of your work. And it will secure your tail. Now, I will do it one more
time with some yarn that will show up a little bit etter on camera. Now this is our tail and I'll cut
maybe about 2 1/2 inches. you wnat to unravel your yarn. Just take tapestry needle and unravel your yarn.
and I have two strands on each side. thread your needle with two of the strands. and then go up a couple
of stitches. then one stitch is probably good enough, and then tie a knot. Now you ahve secured your
