Hi everyone, I’m Doug Downey on behalf of Expert Village, I’m here today to show you
how to digitally print vinyl banners. Now we have our banner all printed and ready to,
to deliver to the customer. So one of the things we have to do, is trim the banner between
the two grommets where we started the print off. So what I’ve done here is, I’ve just
drawn a quick line between the two grommets, measured it out so that we’re, we’re equal
on both sides, and I can just take a pair of scissors and just trim it off. Do a nice
quick cut up and cut through the welded, welded edge. And again, like I said earlier if we
have a, if we have a full bleed print, you can actually take this here and you can trim
that off
and again, you can just trim along that line, it will show you that you can leave the grommet
in. You still have at least a good three-quarters of an inch of grommet, of welded material
that has the grommet in, that’s nice and strong, and they are very low, thin profile
grommet, that you can use, that you can screw up anywhere. One of the nice things compared
to the older grommets is that the hole is a little bit smaller too, takes small screw-heads
now. So you won’t have to get some great big washers to secure it to a fence or a building
or something like that.
