My name is Andrew O’Driscoll and I’m one of the general managers within Perficient’s
Salesforce Business Unit. And my work and my passion and my purpose at work is to grow
Perficient’s Salesforce practice. Yeah so it’s a competitive market out there especially
within the Salesforce ecosystem so why would people choose to come to Perficient? I like
to think they’d come to Perficient for a couple of reasons. One is we are on a trajectory
where we are a gold partner and were going towards platinum well what does that mean?
What is means is that you get to work on a lot of fun projects. The type of projects
we do are typically not your run of the mill let’s get Salesforce up for ten to twenty
users. They are typically working with medium or large size customers where there is complexity
and challenge and reward that comes with that so you get to be an expert at your area of
expertise. Also what I love about Perficient and why I would say come to Perficient is
while we are a larger company with over 2,000 partners. The benefit of that is we have geographic
reach we have industry knowledge and technical knowledge in other areas in BI or integration
or master data management or user experience design. So when you’re on a complex project
you can drill in and take advantage of some of those things I just talked about and at
the end of the day learn and be successful at your job.
