Okay in this next example I'm going to show a minor scale. Before I covered a major and
pentatonic and what I'm going to show here is a minor scale. Again in the key of A, A
minor. Like all other scales basically I memorized 1 and 2. If you want to learn several different
ones all up and down the fret board that is fine. I usually just use one shave or maybe
2 and learn them all over the fret board to utilize my playing. So in this example I'm
going to start on the 5th fret again played on the fret it would be 5,7,8,5,7,8,5,7 on
the D, 4,5,7 on the G. 5,6, A and then end on the 5th fret on the E string which is ending
on the root note of A. So it would be, that is A minor scale. The notes on the scale is
simple A,B,C,D,E,F,G it is pretty easy to remember.
