Hello beloved brothers and sisters.
Long time, no see, but today I just want to talk about something very
simple, but at the sametime it's one of the biggest things ever.
Trusting and truly having Faith in Jesus. In Hebrews 11:6 it says "But
without Faith it is impossible to please Him." You know, this is a message
to those who truly want to please Jesus. Who truly want to be right with
Him, and truly just... want to be His. Truly just want to give everything to
Him, and truly lay down everything, and live for Him. This is who I'm making
this video for. You guys have to know this one thing. "Without Faith it is
impossible to please Him." If we want to please Him, but we don't have Faith
to truly trust Him. To truly trust Him. Just to have Faith and believe in
Him. As a little child, a little child that, you know, their dad will say
something like, "Everything is going to be alright." ANd the little child
will be like, "Oh,Yeah! Everything is going to be alright!" That kind of
Faith. A child-like Faith, just to believe and trust in Jesus. Knowing that
He is Lord...Lord! You know, we are not just talking to some magical deity
in the air. We are talking about the Creator. The Creator of Heaven and
Earth. The one who created you. He formed you. He knit you together in your
mother's womb. This is the One whom we are having Faith in. We are talking
about the Creator, Amen?! Like we are not talking about "just something out
there." We are talking about the Creator. God Almighty. "But without Faith
it is impossible to please Him, for he that cometh to God must believe that
He is," You know, when we go before God, we have to know that... we are
going before God! We are going before the Maker of Heaven and Earth. We are
going before the Lord, and we know that He is Holy. He is Just, He is
Righteous, all power, glory, honor, everything belongs to Him! He rules
everything! And we are going before the One whom angels bow down and
worship. The Seraphim, they cover their eyes and are like "Holy, Holy,
Holy!" Like we are talking about an amazing God. If we come before Him, we
must go
before Him knowing that He is! He is God! This is the One whom we are going
before. When we are praying, you know, asking anything, or even just to
worship! Just to go before Him. Which is such a blessing. Many times we get
this idea that praying is just your asking God for something, but really
just to be with Jesus, just to be with Him! Just to be in communication with
Him because we are to be abiding in Him. Like it says in John 15. We are to
abide in Him and Him in us. We're to be one with Him. Just lay down and Him
living in us. Like what Paul said in Galatians 2:20 that I'm crucified with
Christ, it's no longer I that live, but it's Christ that lives in me. So its
this thing that you have to realize that its unless you fully die, just lay
down everything, let Jesus take over you. Just to live for Him, and live
with one goal, to please God, and thats to have Faith in Him. And when we
have Faith in Jesus we are going to follow Him. And His Holy Spirit is going
to guide us, lead us. "Without Faith it is impossible to please Him, for
he that cometh to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of
them that diligently seek Him." So if we are diligently seeking the Lord we
will be rewarded, but thats not the reason why we pray and it should never
be. We should never have this idea that "Oh! I want to get a reward!" No,
its... if we truly know what the Lord has saved us from. And truly know our
wicked carnal state that we will be in without Jesus. Jesus will purify us,
cleanse us, if we abide in Him and stay with Him. But if not, our wicked,
carnal, nasty, flithy flesh will kick in. We'll become lustful and angry and
all these evil things. But with Jesus we are able to walk in the fruits of
the Spirit; love, joy, peace, longsuffering, meekness, gentleness, faith,
just these awesome things that we know are not coming from ourselves. I know
the person I am without Jesus. But with Him I know that I'm dead, and its
Him in me. That its only by Him that I'm able to do anything. Like what
Jesus said in Matthew that if you pray, pray in secret, and your Father who
sees you pray in secret will reward you openly. So its this same idea. So,
its just you and Jesus. Thats the whole point of the people who are just now
realizing "Hey! Its not about religion, its about a relationship!" You've
probably heard this before, but it is. Its about Jesus, its you and Him. You
and Him. Now to the main point, about trusting Him, having Faith in Jesus,
believing in Him, and handing over everything to Him. I don't care the
problem your going through, or whatever struggle or difficulty your going
through, you have to cast it upon Jesus. Be able to trust Him. When I say,
"I don't care" what I mean is that the size of it is not too big for the
Lord. I do care what you are going through, I do care if your hurting or in
pain. We're to bare one another's burden. And to encourage each other in
love, and just to build each other up in the Lord, and to edify one
another. But when I say I don't care about your problem of how big it is,
its because the Lord can take care of it. So if your overwhelmed like "This
is too much!" The Lord can take control of it! In Matthew 14 they were
dealing with the giant multitude. These people were hungry. And they were
asking about feeding these people. So, they had this issue. There were these
thousands of people. And in verse 17 it says "And they say unto him, We have
here but five loaves, and two fishes." So, five loaves of bread and two
fishes and there saying "Okay, Lord, here is the problem, thousands of
people, five loaves, two fishes." Now heres the thing, verse 18 Jesus "He
said, Bring them hither to Me." So they are like "Lord, heres this problem,
five loaves, two fishes, lots of people." And Jesus is saying "Just give it
to Me. Bring it to Me." And you know the rest of it. All them got fed. And
not only that, they had baskets left over of just how much the Lord just
mutiplied and blessed all these people just by this little thing. And they
thought "Wow, this is almost impossible." So, I'm going to say this again, I
don't care if what you think you are going through is almost impossible. You
have to trust Jesus. It says in 2nd Timothy 1:7, if you got your Bible you
can open it up, 2nd Timothy 1:7 "For God hath not given us a spirit of fear;
but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind." We have to truly surrender
to Jesus. And when He takes over, its the greatest thing ever. But heres the
thing though. We have to be willing to walk righteously, stay with Jesus. We
cannot have this attitude of "I'm going to stay with Jesus, and as soon as
things calm down I'm just going to do whatever I want to do." No, no, no, we
are dead to self. Jesus said you have to deny yourself, pick up your cross,
and follow Him daily. But you must have Faith in Him. You cannot out of your
own mind and your knowledge and just try as hard as you can and just hope
that eventually... no! Have real Faith! Real Faith in Jesus! As a little
child. A little child believing and knowing. Truly guys, seek the Lord. Stay
with Jesus. I love you guys. May the LORD bless you and keep you in Jesus
Name. Amen.
