0:00 >>Angela Irving: Hi everybody. Day 10 of my
juice adventure. So, I've been back at work for three days now. And Sunday was definitely
the hardest day. I... Well, 12 o'clock hit and I was starving. My co-worker sat beside
me and ate an amazing looking toasted sandwich. And I yeah, contemplated [chuckle] rolling
him for it, basically. But I persevered and I breathed through it and reminded myself,
it was mind over matter. I made myself a 60-day countdown chart which I can cross the days
off. And that certainly did help.
It's Monday. So, I just finished work at about 4:30 and then I came from work and went straight
to the gym. So, I did my first pump session... Well, my first pump session in a long time,
to be honest. That's why I'm holding the phone up with two hands 'cause my arm's killing
me. And I was a bit concerned. I was like, "What is it gonna be like working out after
just juicing?" But I feel great. I'm certainly gonna go home and make myself a ginormous
juice. I'll probably have about 700 mls of whatever juice I decide to create tonight.
But yeah, so, I'm looking to build some muscle mass while I'm juicing. I did have my juice
this morning. I did make a green smoothie. So, I had three cups of spinach, coconut water
and a banana in my green smoothie, pretty basic. But I knew I was coming to the gym
today. So, I thought, I'm gonna start the day off right.
I had a busy Monday at work. Lots of thinking up here. So, I wanted to make sure that my
brain was supported and I wasn't distracted. For lunch, I had my mean green lemonade which
was kale, cucumber, celery, green apple and a bit of lemon juice in there, hand-squeezed
lemon juice. And it was really refreshing. And I had a few people comment that I smelt
like cucumbers and... So that was interesting. So, here we are, day 10 of 60 days. So, exciting.
50 days to go. Not long, really. It'll fly by, I'm sure. So, I'm feeling good. Feeling
good. Thanks for watching, everyone. And we'll check in probably near the end of the week.
Alright. If I don't check in before the end of the week, on Saturday, I will be taking
you on a wine tour of the Swan Valley. And this will be my first wine tour I've ever
gone on, where I haven't drank. So, enjoy. Everyone, have a good week. Bye.
