Fundamental differences between the two games. Of course, we touched on it in Strait Whist.
Bidding structure is basically the same. You identify the bid, you identify the direction
whether you want to take the hand with high cards winning or you want the take the hand
with low cards winning. For example, if we had a suit that looked like this. We certainly
don't want to declare that the high cards are going to win because we have ace, king,
queen, jack, and both jokers hanging out on us. So we would probably say we want low cards
to win. If we have a suit that looks like this, that's powerful suit. We want to have
high cards winning with hearts. I just used hearts as an illustrated example, the game
could be any suit that you're declaring. Keep in mind the jokers, when you're having trump,
when you're dealing with trump, enhance the length of the trump suit. Know the trump suit
has fifteen cards. Again, jokers make the difference, kitty makes the difference. Otherwise,
the mechanics and the bidding process are the same.
