Squid and salmon roe pasta
Ingredients 100g spaghetti (prompt type, boil time 5min) olive oil 1/2 packaged white radish sprouts 4 shiso leaves (green perilla) 1/2 boiled and sliced squid about 40g salmon roe
Boil the 100g spaghetti(prompt type, boil time 5min) in ample water.
After 5 minutes...
Drain the boiled spaghetti in a colander, and coat with olive oil.
Serve with the 1/2 packaged white radish sprouts,
wash 4 shiso leaves (green perilla) quickly and minced,
and 1/2 squid (boiled and sliced, bought at the supermarket).
To finish, sprinkle with salmon roe (about 40g).
