MRS.DAVIS
The first number I
am going to show you is the number one.
The number one looks like a stick. When we write the number one we start at the top and
drag a long line down. Can you put your finger in the air and write it along with me? Nice
work. Now its time put a spot on Spot!
The number next to Spot is the number one so we are going to put one spot on Spot. Put
your finger on the spot and say "One". MRS.DAVIS
The next number I am going to show you is the number two.
When we write the number two we start at the top and make a big curve and then walk away
in a line. Can you put your finger in the air and write it along with me?
The number next to Spot is the number one so we are going to put one spot on Spot. Put your
finger on the spots and count "One, two"
The last number I am going to show you is the number three.
Image of number three When we write the number three we start at
the top and make a little curve and then another little curve.
Can you put your finger in the air and write it along with me? (model how to write a number
three). Nice work. Now its time put spots on Spot!
The number next to Spot is the number one so we are going to put one spot on Spot. Put
your finger on the spots and count "One, two, three"
Wow you learned so much today! We practiced the numbers 1,2, and 3. As I show the three
numbers again I want you to picture how many spots would be on Spot. Now take a look. Did
your spots match up correctly with each dog. I hope you enjoyed learning about numbers
today. Remember we use numbers everyday. Keep an eye our for them wherever you go!
