Egg pickle
Ingredients to make egg pickle:
Boiled eggs
Red chilli powder
Oil
Salt
Garlic
Mustard seeds & Fenugreek seeds powder
Lemon juice
How to cook Egg pickle ?
Firstly,boil the eggs in the water
after they are boiled,remove the thick layer above it
Make tiny holes on the boiled eggs with tooth piks
Then deep fry it in the oil
Take a bowl & add required amount of mustard seeds & fenugreek seeds powder
Then add some chilli powder,salt,garlic pieces & lemon juice
Mix it properly
Add the deep fried boiled eggs into the bowl
Lastly,pour some sesame seeds oil into the bowl & mix it thoroughly
Egg pickle is ready to serve...
This can be stored for 15 days...
