From PADS we can activate the viewer appreciating dues command
it will open our viewing and we can change the
renderings presents assembly in a much more realistic view
We will make this one a little bit bigger by default it will bring the
information from our geometry height to exclude the simple
rectangles for the components but if we have a more detail
3D models we can go in associate them with the
proper pg model for the better presentation of the components
Now let's take a look at one more
As you can see it's more representing the pg than just a rectangle
Also
We can bring in closures or cases and covers I'm going to quickly bring in
bracket
The vear presents the bracket
for this design
This bracket was done in mechanical systems
and we're just changing the annotations so it's easier for us to
the the presentation of the mechanical bracket
that attaches to the front of our board
So as you can see now we have a bracket attached to our component
two our assembly and we can rotate and take at it we can also control the
visibility of this bracket right now it's transparent and I can make it
solid
So we can see components in the back side of the board
and the topside of the board
Very easy to use it can also
We can activate rotation of our assembly
and all the axis and views from any angle we want also have other controls
that we can view from top from the bottom from the side representing the 3D
assembly it is a useful tool for pcb designers to see if there's any
interferences with the cases and towers or the brackets associated with their assembly
