I feel that I'm a significant asset to the firm they make you feel that way
and I don't think it's insincere I think it's it's genuine
my client base its it's very personal
we're not I'm not a numbers game I just think in the way that they
setup their operations that they're willing to work with me and assist me

I've used a number of them some aren't for me
but that again I'm allowed that choice I've had different firms come to me and
ask me
To move but it just didn't feel right it's hard to find people that care
for first of all, and people that you can and talk to one-on-one
and that we have there in so many areas from
from compliance to licensing
to every facet
this broker-dealers very human
everybody there is approachable if there's somebody you want to talk to
the president
of the firm and you have to speak to him you can.
This broker-dealer is very sincere in their effort to have myself or yourself succeed.
try and find another broker dealer to give you the support
that they give andI don't think it's out there and I don't think you can have the
personal
contact with everybody
again from the president down that we are able to have
I I just think that the the personality that they bring to the
back office and the firm is incredible
so whoever's doing the hiring kudos
I just know that they allow me to be me
