RASUL AHMED DAVIS: On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Rasul Davis and my company is Punch
Kettlebell Gym, New York City, and today I'm going to show you how to get into the swing
of things with kettlebells. You know, maybe we've gone a little bit ahead of ourselves.
I should show you how to choose the right kettlebell for you. Now normally, a woman
who is conditioned would do anything from 26 pounds to 35 pounds to start. Someone who
is deconditioned might want to do something like 10 to 17 pounds. This is for a woman.
For a man, a deconditioned man might want to do approximately 35 pounds, maybe even
26 pounds, depending on how deconditioned you are. This is very intense exercise so
you want to take it slow. If exercise is a part of your life for the rest of your life,
there's no rush, okay? Also for a man who is conditioned, an athletic man, you might
want to do 35 to 44 pounds. Okay? You can get a lot of information on this on my site.
