Hi, I'm Savvy Girl, Megan Farquhar. Sometimes life can get kiiind of hectic, so I always
turn to a little help from my apps. So I've been trying out this whole "fitness" thing
is everyone and their grandmother is doing CrossFit or whatever... I bought one of those
Yoga Balls, and some weights... But something just seemed a little off... Am I supposed
to hurt this bad? So I decided to search for a fitness app and that's when I found "Fitness
Buddy." Oh my God, I was hooked! This app is basically like a personal trainer. All
you have to do is click on the muscle group, click on whatever exercise, and it actually
shows you how to do it. You can even narrow your search to say you just want body-weight
exercises, or, with dumbbells. Having a personal trainer is great... well... actually its really
great... I wonder what happened to my personal trainer... I think he blocked my number. Why
would he do that? Anyway! This is like, way more cost effective. There is also a bunch
of built in work-outs that you can use - just click on "Do This Workout." You can even use
the button below to check your heart rate while you're working out. I haven't set it
up yet because I'm pretty sure mine's still beating... For the crazy fitness junkies you
can input how much weight you're using, and how many reps. So there you have it! "Fitness
Buddy" might save you some embarrassment in the gym. Join me next time, because you just
