Hi my name is Karl James owner of Creolesoul catering and on behalf of Expert Village I'm
here to show you a creole barbecue chicken wing receipt. Okay let's start cutting our
onion and what we want to do is dice this into small dices so we made some horizontal
cuts in it and now we are making a few vertical cuts. The closer you make the cuts together
the smaller the dices. So turn that and we would just start dicing and fining. We would
continue to dice it. A little onion here we would move to the side and just chop and get
even some finer pieces of onion. You could use a shollet if you like a shollet has a
slight cross between onion and garlic. But here we are just using the regular brown onion.
Get some nice small dice and here we have our chopped onion and let's move on.
