MATT NICHOLS: Hey everybody. My name is Matt and I'm speaking to you on behalf of Expert
Village. Right, you can also add lights to your environment in Bryce. If you want to
come up and make sure that you've selected to create up here, and you'll notice over
here on the right, there is some yellow objects. These are the different types of lights available
to you. You've got everything from a radial light to a spotlight. To a square spotlight
and other types, I'm going to go ahead and create a spotlight, so I'm going to click
there and it creates my object here and you can edit your light just like we have any
other object. So far you can scale it and move it around. I'm going to go ahead and
create a box for it to shine on and you'll notice up here in your preview you can see
there is a light shining down on my box. And another thing you can do is if you come up
and click the M-button for materials, over here it's going to take you to the materials
lab and you can apply materials to your light just like we did to our terrain and as you
can see it's going to give you a preview over here in the light and show you what your light
looks like. So I'm going to add a couple of different effects and come down and click
apply and you can create some pretty cool effects with light in Bryce this way.
