Circular Breathing Hi, what's up my name's Daniel and I'm going to teach you the circular
breathing technic. For those who don't know it is used to play
the... Didgeridoo. In first place you must know that we have
a breathing system. The nasal cavity where the air gets in and
our mouth which is fortunately connected to our nasal cavity channel.
Now look, the circular breathing essential is understanding the dinamics between the
air that gets in by the nasal cavity and the one that gets out of the mouth.

This step is very simple. You have to fill your cheeks with air like
this.. - get cheeks filled up, please -

You're going to let the air out using your cheeks power, cheeks power.

it using the cheeks strenght. - expel air with cheeks strenght - As if it was a baloon
full of air which you hold releasing the air slowly, just using the expeling baloon's power,
not without your lung's strenght, or diafragm just with your cheek's strenght.
Now once again. - repeat air expeling with cheeks strenght
- - do all these moves -
You can do it the way you feel comfortable, the easier away.
You must understand - expelling - that the air comes out just with the cheek's power.

in your cheeks breathing in and breathing out at the same time you hold the air in your

using the didgeridoo so you can see how do I put my mouth in a relaxed way at same you
compress the air in your cheeks and expel it inside the didgeridoo making a sound as

want to do a move as natural that the drone comes out exactly like this.

this movement as your mouth is in teh didgeridoo, expelling the air, you'll feel the sound is
becoming even more pretty or clear a tip your mouth mst be relaxed but if you're trying
to smilewith the cheeks full ok second step you'll inflate your cheeks and you'll be breading
in and breading out with your mouth on the didge ok so look the third step will basically
unite simultaneously the two movements you learned now look first step second step third
