What's up? It's J-Wro here, rocking out with the Sunwarrior Tribe, bringing
you guys another delicioso vegan recipe, and vibrant living tips. Today,
I'm going to be making a super easy favorite condiment of foodies and
chefs, alike. I'm going to be doing a traditional garlic aioli sauce, and
pairing it with some steamed organic artichokes, which is just a match made
in heaven. It's like Laverne and Shirley, Ashford and Simpson, Batman and
Robin. You get the idea. That's what we're going to do.
So the first thing you want to do is start your base, and in this case,
we're going to be doing Greek yogurt. Now, don't freak out. It's actually
coconut yogurt. You could do an almond yogurt, any non-dairy yogurt of your
choice. But the Greek-style is important because it has a certain
consistency and tanginess to it. So one full cup goes right into the
blender. Next up, I want to add a little bit of lemon juice, one to two
teaspoons worth. One to two cloves of garlic, depending on how garlic-y you
want it. I definitely love it a little bit, leaning towards the more garlic-
y side, to scare away vampires and things like that. So go ahead and press
these. Now, one of the main components of any good aioli is dill. You could
use fresh dill. In this case, we're going to do dried dill, which is a
little more potent, and we're going to do three-quarters of a teaspoon.
Then add a quarter teaspoon of Himalayan crystal salt or sea salt, and an
eighth of a teaspoon of ground black pepper. And then it's time for some,
time for some action.
Let's plate it up and try it with some artichokes, and give her a taste. So
go ahead and take your artichoke and dunk it right into the aioli, like
this, and then [lick your finger]. Oh, man. That's good.
So if you guys dug my garlic aioli sauce with steamed artichokes, give this
recipe a thumbs up and let me know what's your favorite thing to do with
aioli, mayonnaise, any kind of really creamy, really rich white condiment.
Let me know your favorite recipes with those, and I'll see if I can make a
version here on the show.

You know, artichokes, I like. Man, they're on of my favorite foods. I don't
eat them like, often enough. It's kind of like, the A foods, asparagus,
artichoke, apples. Maybe I have like, some kind of vendetta against foods
that start with A.
