Nathan: Hi Roland! Roland: Nathanm How's it going?
Nathan: It's going great! thanks for the call, we're here to do an update of the 30 day challenge. Susie: Hey Roland, its Susie! Roland: Great! you're on the phone! Great! Susie! I just wanted to call you guys and check in on how you're making out
We're at the two week mark and tell me how're things going so far?
Susie: I have to say, The T-Zone Vibration Machine, it reall does fit perfectly into our life
I was a little worried on how its going to work the landscape of our home but it really does
doesn't take up a lot of room, its reall really easy to fit 10 minutes into your day
I mean theres no excuse, 10 minutes? are you kidding me?
even jsut staying at home, having a kid, having a dog, having a cat and having everything going on
I was still able to fit it in during the day, so it's going well!
Roland: Why dont you guys share with me the results you're getting
I know you took some measurements
when we started this so
you know, where are we at now?
Nathan: Im not going to share the raw numbers but
I'll share the difference
we did our measurements across the belly , around the hips
and around one thigh
over two weeks , I'm down five inches
and Susie's down four inches
Roland: Thats amazing! That's Great!
Susie: Im very happy, Im loosing, its a great thing to be loosing
inches, but I gotta say
anybody who saw that video
He's standing on the machine
eating hamburgers, sandwiches , kfc
drinking beer
he went on there with a martini shaker
to make a martini
and I'm working my *** off
Im frustrated
im not trying to be rude
or ungreatful
because we're so excited about this but what the hell
Roland: Susie you have to remember
anytime somebody is doing something new
they're likely to get responses a lot quicker Susie: True
Roland: Vibration is new to you but working out in training is not.
Susie: Correct Roalnd: Your results might come on slower than Nathans
but you gotta remember
is really shocking his system
because hes not as active as you are
Susie: So to re-iterate, years of laziness is being rewarded by
lightning fast results
Roland: Susie, don't be frustrated, you gotta understand something
Nathan has not been active as you have been. You have a trainer
you have been working out for many years. So for you the results you're getting are truly phenominal in only two weeks. So what kind of things are you doing. you're using it daily Susie: yup Roland: And you're using it for 10 minutes a day , what are you doing?
Susie: Well , It is kind of hard for me to know how to fill up the 10 minutes
so I have asked Nathan to kind of become my personal trainer
Nathan: I have her doing a series of squats
then calf raises
Then I have her getting off the machine , getting back
on with lunges with the left and right side. I have her doing
the plank
I have her doing the V set
and I have her doing the arm curls
are there any specific exercises that we can add to
help her out
Roland: First of all
I love the routine that you're doing
those are great exercise
the only thing that Id say , again Ill make sure i get oyu a copy of the DVD so you can easiliy follow along , you dont have to take that role of trainer unless you want to
the other thing you can do now is change the frequency on the machine , now I know you're using it
around the speed of 19 or so? Susie: 15 to 18
Roland: This time I want you to slow it down to 5 and 10
Susie: Wow
Roland: you gotta remember the slower the plate moves, the more of muscle response you're gonna get
so you're gonna be working your muscles that much more because its harder to work on the machine
when the plate
is moving slower
Susie: That is very interesting
Roland: Why dont we try that for the next few days. Reduce the speed, do the same routine that you're doing
and incorporate some of the things I mentioned
Susie: Yeah Roland: Use it at a slower speed and see how you respond this time around
Susie: I know you say 10 minutes a day, can I do it more than that? what can I do?
Roland: You can certainly do it for more than 10 minutes a day
we recommend 10 minutes its equivalent to working out to an hour in a gym
but what I would suggest, if you're gonna use it more than 10 minutes
break it up do 10 minutes in the morning
and you can come back again later in the day and do something completely different
Another idea is, maybe in the morning you can concentrate on your core ,do the plank the sit ups
some stuff for your back, and later in the day
work on
things for your leg
such as lunges , such as squats, such as calve raises and things of that nature, and you'll find that
by doing these routines over and over again, you're gonna really shock your system
and you're gonna find that you'll get the results even quicker this time around
so guys , it sounds like you're on track, you're doing the right things
again minus the chicken and beer on the machine
your progress is phenominal, Im really excited to see how things turn out
the next time we get together
