We're doing a day of service in remembrance for Dr. Martin Luther King because he was a great man of service.
You know he basically fulfilled his life and dedicated his whole life to service
and although we like remember him everyday that we live,
today is a specific day in which the world unites together and actually acknowledges him.
Ah, Martin Luther King, Jr. represents of course unity, hope.
I think as far as service goes, he was extremely instrumental
because he served not just African Americans but Americans in general.
And he was able to serve and through his service was able to unite all races and colors.
I'm doing this for our National Parks here at the National Mall,
volunteering with all of our other volunteers,
not a very good example because I'm not wearing gloves.
Come out here and do a day of service, participate in volunteering and giving back!
Couldn't have said it better myself.
Great!
