Now that our strips of the corrugated box have been cut and so have our sticks, we're
going to insert the sticks into the corrugated box and we're going to glue them securely
in place. The thing to remember when putting the sticks inside the corrugated box is that
the points on the stick should be hanging out 'cause that's what's going to go inside
our styrofoam ball that's going to be at the center of the windmill. The part that's going
to be inserted into the corrugated box can be smeared with glue beforehand, so it'll
make a nice solid secure hold it in place, and it should have the point sticking out,
and the end, the opposite end should sit flat. Now we don't put the stick in the exact center
of the corrugated box, but rather we put it all the way to one side. White glue is the best to use for sticking
the sticks inside, and holding them securely. Once we have the strips, the corrugated strips
with the sticks inside, we have them all placed and secure, inside the corrugated box, what
we'll do is we'll just lay them flat onto our working table and the next step is we're
going to be covering them and decorating them with the matchsticks, so we don't really have
to wait for them to dry because we're not - we don't really have any contact with the
stick inside. We can go ahead and then put them in front of us, and we can start working
with decorating them to get ready to be placed on the windmill.
