\b0 \ It\'92s been a year since the passing of tech-maven
and former Apple CEO and co-founder Steve Jobs. Tim Cook and the {\field{\*\fldinst{HYPERLINK

the life and legacy of Jobs ...with a tribute set to Yo-Yo Ma\'92s rendition of the prelude
to Johann Sebastian Bach\'92s Cello Suite No. 1.\uc0舲 舲
\b \'93There\'92s an old Wayne Gretzky quote I love: \'91I skate to where the puck is going
to be. Not where it has been.\'92\'94 \b0 \uc0舲 舲 The LA Times calls the
video \'93heartwarming and inspiring\'94 and it also comes with a {\field{\*\fldinst{HYPERLINK
"http://www.apple.com/"}}{\fldrslt \cf3 \ul \ulc3 special message}} from Cook. In it he
says:\uc0舲 舲 \b \'93Steve\'92s passing one year ago was
a sad and difficult time for all of us... One of the greatest gifts Steve gave to the
world was Apple. No company has ever inspired such creativity or set such high standards
for itself.\'94 \b0 \uc0舲 舲 In the past year, we\'92ve
learned the more intimate details of Jobs\'92 personal life, some of which emerged in the
biography, appropriately titled \i Steve Jobs
\i0 , by Walter Isaacson shortly after Jobs\'92 death. .\uc0舲 舲 Adam Lashinsky,
senior editor at Fortune, told {\field{\*\fldinst{HYPERLINK "http://edition.cnn.com/2012/10/05/tech/innovation/steve-jobs-legacy/"}}{\fldrslt
\cf3 \ul \ulc3 CNN}} the Jobs biography detailed the genius and the callousness of the late
digital architect.\uc0舲 舲 \b \'93...The population at large has gotten
a much fuller picture of who he really was... I don't think that really changes anyone's
opinion of his accomplishments. It just may change their opinion of him.
\b0 "\uc0舲 舲 Still, Jobs\'92 success at Apple has been the most talked about facet
of his life, with the likes of {\field{\*\fldinst{HYPERLINK "http://www.foxnews.com/opinion/2012/10/05/how-to-be-success-like-steve-jobs/"}}{\fldrslt
\cf3 \ul \ulc3 Fox News}}\'92 Nancy Keene even creating a list of things that lead to
Jobs\'92 most notable achievements.\uc0舲 舲 Keene zeroed-on a few points, including:舲
舲 - Focusing on a few priorities at a time,舲 - Bucking the trend, and舲
- Curating the things that have yet to be invented.舲 舲 Easier said than done,
perhaps?舲 舲 Talk about the late Jobs hasn\'92t slowed since his passing. A
writer for {\field{\*\fldinst{HYPERLINK "http://www.wired.com/gadgetlab/2012/10/what-we-talk-about-when-we-talk-about-steve-jobs/"}}{\fldrslt \cf3 \ul \ulc3 Wired}} asserts that even when
we don\'92t talk about him directly, he\'92s still in our conversations.\uc0舲 舲
\b \'93If you talk about mobile anything, you\'92re talking about Steve Jobs... There\'92s
not an important mainstream technology product or service out there right now that isn\'92t
a result of or response to Steve Jobs. It\'92s not so much that we want to keep talking about
him; it\'92s that there\'92s no avoiding it.\'94 \b0 \uc0舲 舲 NBC News reports two
Steve Jobs movies are in the works with several other companies looking to feature Jobs through
an array of products, including comic books, figurines and even a statue in Hungary.\
