YOLANDA VANVEEN: Hi. This is Yolanda Vanveen on behalf of Expert Village. So to conclude,
there are a lot of different types of flower bulbs but the one thing they have in common
is that they have a dormant period; there's a period where all the greenery dies off and
they don't come back until it rains again or it's spring again. We've got true bulbs
such as Tulips and Daffodils, we've got rhizomes like Iris, and we've got tubers like Dahlias.
And whether the shape is different, we can have roots like Agapanthus and they're so
different from each other, they still all do the same thing. They can bloom in the spring
and they can bloom in the summer, and the combination is going to make your garden just
explode with color and you'll have color in your garden from January through November
each year. Thanks for watching the series on how to plant flower bulbs.
