Well, welcome back, okay, we're excited with this particular recipe which is an
apple salad ambrosia let's look at the recipe, okay, lets do that.
It calls for Okay, and now for those who may not be
able to get the Mori-Nu Tofu they can use another type or, they can use a silken any
type of a silken type of tofu because you need something that's very, very soft, softy,
yeah, okay. And the name of the game here is
that most ambrosias we'll use either a whip cream or a half and half or they will use
Mayonnaise. Oh okay, and because we are trying to do all this in vegetarian
format, alright, then we're using the tofu in
its place, alright. Now, you also you mentioned the Mori-Nu pudding mix again
yes, that's the same maker that Mori-Nu tofu, same maker that makes the silken also
makes the pudding mix as well. Okay, now and they can get that online,
but, you can get online and or you can use vanilla pudding mix but you want to
careful of any extra amount of sugar that might be in some of those pudding mix.
So you're gonna read those labels as we talked about before. Okay, very good,
now for experience sake Curtis, okay, I have actually just thought of putting
things together I have the red delicious apple and also had the golden delicious,
my two apples I am using for this already cut it up and also navel orange has done as
well. Okay, now we've gotten our mixture
together which is the soft tofu silken. Also the milk and also the pudding mix.
Okay, its already blended up, let's spin one more last time I am gonna put give it
to you to put it into the bowl. As I put the rest of the ingredients inside
okay, lets go ahead and do that, That's more or less to wake it up after
I just got finished putting it all together its got a nice smooth surface, be careful
of your blade, and get a chance to see what
that looks like, okay, nice and soft, alright. And then, all this goes in, nice and smooth,
it's all gonna go in there, okay, alright. And I am just gonna stir this up a little
bit here and the oranges help to keep the apple
from going. okay, I am gonna go head and put in my raisins, I am also gonna put
in my walnuts chopped walnuts, this is a
wonderful salad. Just marvelous, and I put in diced celery, get all the goodies,
all the goodies, all the goodies. Its gonna be hard to get all the goodies out
of this one. I gonna stir it and I think you are about, just about ready to put that in
here too Curtis. Yeah. I want to leave some in here, so I can lick the bowl okay, that
sounds good, sounds good to me too. Alright, here we go we gonna go ahead on
and put in sauce, okay, nice and creamy. This is delicious, it actually
you wanna chill it once again and, do you need some help, now just hold on
honey, oh! Okay. You wanna chill some of this in refrigerator you can eat it right
away but I would like to chill it that gets nice and cool, okay, look good baby, okay
and because it is. For how long would you chill
this in the refrigerator? About a hour, is just a
couple of hours or one hour, one hour, one hour if it lasts that long.
It will, hopefully it will last, I guess you can in about 30 minutes. I like all the
combinations you know you got the crisp apple, then you got the oranges,
you got the walnuts, you have grapes in that too, and the raisins, and then all
this combination together makes for an excellent dessert. So you know what,
what I want to you I want you to stay by because you have got to see
the end product, stay by.
