On behalf of Expert Village this is Dina Cutrone from Tall Order in New York City. Today we
are going to be showing you how to make a quick and easy Thai dinner. It is becoming
more of a paste here so it is looks like it is ready to go in. So what I do is just pick
it up and put it right in. Important thing when you are mixing this is to use a whisk
because if you don't it separates to much. So after if you use a rubber spatula or a
wooden spoon it would look like it is mixed and then 5 minutes later it is separated.
So just use I have a little whisk here that I use and just get it all integrated. It does
not look like it is ever going to get integrated but eventually it makes a turn and you would
see. See you can see it is a little bit chunky cause of the chunky peanut butter but that
is okay. So what we would do is after we are done and mixed sometimes it is to thick so
you can add a little bit of more water. This is a great sauce to make ahead of time cause
it keeps quiet well in the refrigerator. So a lot of times you take it out after being
in the refrigerator overnight and you would see that it got a little bit to thick so you
just add a little bit of water. Whisk it again and it gets into the right consistency that
you would like.
