Hi, I'm going to talk to you today about leave no trace. Leave no trace is kind of like low
impact hiking and camping. You want to make sure that you are not impacting the environment.
There is just a few simple rules. The most common one you have probably seen everywhere,
even in like state parks and stuff is carry in, carry out. So if you see a piece of garbage,
even if it is not yours, just pick it up. Like this napkin here, it is not going to
add any weight to your pack, just pick it up, throw it in the side pocket or whatever
and carry it out. In fact today, it is becoming more popularize to carry out more than you
carry it in so that way we can keep the trails nice and clean, everyone will be able to appreciate
seen beauty that you saw when you came through. Because if everybody just leaves their trash
on the side of the trail, it is going to be withered everywhere with junk and it is going
to be extremely unappealing. So if you see something on the side of the trail, just pick
it up. If you see someone doing something, maybe just mention it to them, you don't have
to lecture them, just mention like, hey maybe you shouldn't be doing that or anything like
that. So carry in, carry out. Make sure that you are doing proper things with the environment.
