hey everyone I'm Ola, and today we are
going to play My Cafe: Recipes &
Stories. We all know how hard it is to
find a really good Township, so in this
video I will show you how to do it, with
the help of Anna Smith's infographics,
so let's go
give you a checklist of what you can do
to find a really good Township, and it
doesn't mean that you have to follow it,
like step by step, and that you can go a
step forward or step back, but probably
this list will help you. So when you
first get accepted into the township, you
go to the Festivals and check out the
last festival, and look for those signs:
the leader has played and finished at
least the free tasks. For example I have
a stylish structure at level 5, so I have
to fulfill 10 free tasks, at least.
another good sign is that the number of
finished tasks by players is similar -
this is a sign of good teamwork. In our
Township it's not actually like that
However, when everyone makes similar amount
of tasks, this is really good. Also check
out the chat to see the reward
distribution. For example, the leader
should not take all the rewards, or half
the rewards for herself, all
participating players received fair
rewards. You can see the rewards by tasks, or
by amount of trophies, it doesn't matter -
this is up to you Township strategy.
However, everyone should receive fair
rewards - this is a very good sign. Also, the
next step is check out the retention. You
need to figure out, if people want to
stay in the town. You should check the
game chat: do people come and leave a lot?
like, for example, I don't have it in the
chat here, but you can also check the
township Treasury and contribution
ranking: if people donate diamonds and
coins, and if they do it a lot, then
they're committed and want to stay in
the township. This is a really good sign.
Also, check out the involvement: check, if
the members play the game frequently. For
example, check each player's building and
see how much time they are absent from
the game. If they are absent for more
than 2 days, for example, this is not
really a good sign, because if a person
is getting into the game every day, it
means that they get town orders, they get
resources, and this means that they will
be more proactive in the festival, they
will have more resources, and this means
that the town is fairly friendly and
committed to participate in the
festivals. Also use the chat: you can use
the chat in the game, or you can use any
messenger, then ask the Township leader
about how she rewards, maybe she uses
the rewards calculator, then ask, whether
she rewards buy trophies, or by tasks,
etc. Also talk to other members, ask them
how they like the township - they will be
really honest with you, because they are not
the Township leaders, and they will give
you more information about that. Also,
check the number of kicked out players -
ask for the reasons, ask the leader
for kick out conditions. If there are a
lot of kicked out players, it doesn't
mean that the Township is bad. Maybe, some
changes were made during this, or maybe
the Township has even more than 20
players, and they rotate, which is also
possible. Just talk to the leader, and ask
them about the rules of the townships,
and the rules of kicking out. Also check
the leader's language, and the language in
the chat. If it's respectful and friendly,
and maybe funny sometimes, then it's a
good sign. If it's offensive - well, we all
want to have fun from the game, and if
someone is just being offensive, then
it's not really much fun, and I would
think twice before I stayed in the
Township. Also, if you're new to the
Township, ask in the township chat if the
town has a Facebook group or an external
chat, like Messenger, where everyone is
communicating. If the Township doesn't
have it - it doesn't mean that the
Township is bad. Just it will give you
more information about it. You will also
need to provide more information about
yourself, as well: be honest about your skill
and expectations. You show your level,
your cafe structure level, or state it
in the social networks. Show your VIP, and
number of tasks that you can finish, and
weekly availability. Also ask about town
rules for taking tasks, tasks speed,
mandatory number of paid tasks, donations,
etc. Some Townships have compulsory
donations to Treasury, while some
Townships do not, and the amount of
donations also differs, so it's better to
get to know about everything like that
before you stay in the township and
before you send your resources to it. If
your Township leader is inactive, and
you're not getting any rewards, then
probably the only option is to leave
your current town, and to look for a new
one. Don't waste your time, guys, there are
so many good townships that are looking
for players, that it will be easier for
you to find a better one. If you are a township
leader, and you want to quit the game,
then just make one little effort - write to
support service, and ask them to
transfer a Township to your assistant,
for example, or to another member, because
people are relying on you, so don't
betray them. This is actually what you
can learn from the game, but also we have
a number of social
media where you can find a lot of
advertisements for player search from the
townships, that are made on weekly basis.
And here you can also get a lot of
information about the township that is
looking for players. Some townships have
really strict requirements, while some of
them have simple and loyal, and for
example, if you're a newbie to the game,
and you have just entered a Township, it
is okay if you join a simple Township,
and do a couple of tasks there ,and get
used to festivals, and, who knows, maybe
this Township will grow with you
together, or, if you will want more than
that, you can just go and search for
another Township. Just look through all the
advertisements really carefully, and find
something that will suit you personally,
and you don't have to go into the
strongest Township in top, because really
it will be really hard for you at the
start. Only if you're committed, and if
you're experienced player, who has a lot
of resources. Actually, guys, this is it,
and I really wish you good luck with
finding a really good Town. Well, thank
you so much for playing with me, I hope
