now i don't know if you've noticed but the market has really been heating up here
in the last couple months in new york city
not just the condominium market
what really brought this home to me it was
there were a bunch of properties that had been languishing on the market that
been there for a while and they've been had deals that fell
apart then came back to the market
then all of the sudden
those are the hottest deals in town town
with buyers bidding the prices up over asking
this is something that we could sell six months ago
it really brings a new light
to what's going on
and uh... i just wanted to talk to you today if you're ever thinking about
selling
now might be a great time
there is
very little inventory which means very little to no competition
and that is exactly what you want if you are trying to sell your property
now the other part of the perfect storm is it's just the everybody
in the world came out of the woodwork at once and said 2013 is the year to buy
the interest rates are still incredibly low the prices are still down, what am I waiting for
I need to get into a property before it goes crazy
