CLANCY ROSE: So now we have our milk all steamed up, ready to go, and we have our espresso
shots ready to be brewed. So next comes assembling the drink. So what I am going to do is position
the cup, the 14-ounce cup, on one of the spouts of the porta filter so that one of the shots
pours in there and start brewing my espresso shot. Now I have a single shot in my latte
cup. You can see it in the bottom of the cup there, and my milk is all ready. You can swirl
it around again to get the texture all evened out and go ahead and pour the drink. And there
is a single breve latte.
