I've been receiving some questions from viewers about what are some "Business Email Languages".
Okay, when you write a BUSINESS email there are some vocabularies and expressions being
used in common.
I say common because everybody is a bit different.
So, I've narrowed the list down to TOP 5. You might wanna take a memo for this one.
1. Inform 2. Respond
3. Inquiries / request 4. Confirm
5. Verify / rectify 6. Regard
Those TOP 5s can be replaced with daily language like; ask, answer, check, etc. However, as
a business person and since your business email represents you and also the company
you might wanna consider to use more "business fit" words.
