Hi, my name is Karl James, owner of Creolesoul Catering located in Round Rock, TX and on
behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you a crawfish boudin. Now we transferred
our crawfish mixture into a bowl we let it simmer for about 20-25 minutes and then we
let it cool. And now we're going to add the rice to that rice we cooked earlier. I just
want to mix this together and this will make the actual crawfish boudin. So we mixed our
rice, crawfish, that holy trinity, the pepper everything together, get that nice and mixed.
Okay, here it is this is our mixture that we need for stuffing we got a couple more
items to add to this and I'll see you back in the next step.
