And How you can learn a steps in F.L., do this well!
Now we will show u "workout style" in front lever!

All depend of your imagination...

very important is clean moves, for it you need to do practice.
Let's begin to learn basic F.L., if you cant hold this...
When you use rubber u have 2 ways:
such a length that will keep you a little bit, but you will be hard
and pull ups F.L. with rubber
It's most usefull and effectively, all days for F.L. we use this stuff
And I advice you do some lifting in F.L.
Do this to the last, 5 sets a day, each set kill your back!
But your friends can substitute the rubber, like this
And 5 sets like this u need to kill your back...
For example 3 times of week: 5 sets hold with rubber (or friend) and 5 sets lifting
Use some weights for shoulders and most important ads and back!
u can do abs everywhere, standart exercises.
Sure all basic exercises need be include in your week!
Okey, go next to the steps in F.L.
I remind you, that u need allways improvisation your moves, on bars and parallel bars!
When u start F.L. u have 0 position, like this...
In this point u can imagine something, folded hands, shaking his head, or use legs
In 0 position u can already imagine some cool things, like smile, use head etc.
But its gonna be fair and synchronously with music!
When you stopped in F.L, depending on music u can do some pull ups , basic or unusual!
if u have some different bits u can rotate your body in F.L.
no much pull up, rotate body and step!
U need allways imagine some floor in your mind ! do steps like on the floor!
u need hold in some step for per seconds, when all view is stop in some position - its very effectively!
Have some example: u allways walk on the floor, very easy, yup?
And imagine , that if you walk in F.L. like i can do this on floor, or run, of something else!
If it will be accurately and synchronously same that, its really cool!
so, get a clean F.L. and be sure when u hold it!
Make your steps, moves... Make your own Workout Style.
It already will be cool and interesting, like for us and for everybody!
