Hi my name is Karl James owner of Creolesoul Catering located in Round Rock, Tx and on
behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you a creole shrimp sausage recipe. We've
tasted the patty and were going to add a little more seasoning to that mixture and get that
mixed around in here. Before we start stuffing our sausage and like I said in the earlier
segment that's what that's for so we can check out you flavors and your seasoning make sure
it's right. Cause once you stuff them sausage it's pretty much done it's what you get, now
you have the option at this point you can keep adding seasoning, testing it, adding
seasoning, test it but I'm pretty sure I got this mixture where I want it at this point.
So we reseason let's move on to our next step.
