Hi I'm Kerri from Zebra in Berkley and I'm here to tell you how long it takes to gauge
your ears. When gauging your ears you really have to go slow. There is nothing that I can
tell you and stress more than to be patient and go up slowly. If you gauge your ears too
fast you are going to end up with a lot of very ugly scarring. When gauging your ears
ideally you shouldn't go any larger than 8 gauge in your first jump and then two weeks
later you can stretch up to the next size only if your ears feel normal again meaning
not sore or red or puffy or irritated. Every two weeks you can stretch your ears up so
you can go as fast or as slow as you want. Slow is always better. I'm Kerri your favorite
piercer and you can find me at Zebra in Berkley.
