To locate the acupressure points you are actually looking for hollows or openings or places
where your fingers fall into the holes along the body. You don't want to be pressing on
areas that are raised all of your acupressure points are in the valleys so to speak so when
you are looking for a point say you are looking for a point on the elbow you know it's not
on the bony part it is going to be in one of the hollows and if you can't find the exact
point and you're unsure if you massage into the hollows into the lower areas of the body
and let your fingers fall into the spaces that will put you into the acupressure points
in the places where you can find them you'll run your fingers along and your fingers will
just literally fall into the holes and then you know you are in a spot where you should
be doing the acupressure. Those are where you aim for so when we say along the spine
and between vertebra for example it is actually between vertebra and where you feel a hollow
point.
