This is Rachel with NutroLution in Miami Beach, Florida. In this clip, we are talking about
how to get enough healthy fats into your system. You might ask, well why do I need more fat
in my system? Some people ask me, doesn't fat make me fat? Well the answer is absolutely
not. On top of that, it always depends on the type of fats, and that is why I focus
on healthy fats. So healthy fats are things that your body actually needs to help produce
healthy skin, brain function, the membranes of all of your cells actually contain fatty
acids, and the best way to get more healthy fats into your diet is to make sure that you
are getting healthy fats at every meal and snack throughout the day. Besides making sure
that you are going to be getting in more healthy fats to promote healthy skin and hormones
and brain function, the other thing that that does is it helps to balance your blood-sugar
levels. So some of the fats that you can include in every meal and snack, whether it is cooked
or whether it is raw, are things like your healthy oils, like almond oil and olive oil,
as well as grape seed oil and sesame oil. Healthy things like nuts and nut butters,
olives, avocados, everyday and other fats even including things like heavy cream and
butter are also a healthy edition to your fatty acid compilation. This is Rachel with
