On behalf of Expert Village my name is Elizabeth Muller and today we're making Chicken Fricassee
Spanish Style. I'm going to stir it in there like this. Now there's different ingredients
that you can actually use to put in chicken fricassee. Some Spanish people put some raisins
in there. I've seen raisins. I've seen potatoes and raisins. I seen actual, no olives at all
or no peas. I like olives and peas in mine. Now I'm going to go ahead and place some peas,
I'm going to drain out some water first, and I'm not going to use the whole can of peas.
I'm going to actually use maybe half a can of peas or a little less. You can use a whole
can, but I'm going to use half. Sprinkle them in there like that. It kind of gives it a
little sweet taste too, with the peas. You see the olives and the peas and the potatoes
are in there boiling down.
