Hi, this is Rachael Richardson with Nutrolution in South Beach Miami, Florida. In this clip
we're going to talk about how to eat to lower your cholesterol. There is a number of things
you can do. Some of the most important things that you can do are fortify your diet with
foods that support your liver health and so some foods that do that, that you can build
in everyday are the herbs cilantro, which is a delicious herb that you can use in all
kinds of cooking and it actually helps support your liver by helping cleanse the blood so
relieving some pressure from the liver. It's the liver that actually produces around seventy
percent of your cholesterol so it helps your liver get its organization straight. Other
things are super greens, like this, paleo-greens. Other foods that you can eat are watercress,
beets and dandelion, all of those are very rich in liver compounds. Another thing that
you're going to want to do is to improve your intestinal health because some excess cholesterol
can get absorbed back into your blood stream if you don't have the right pro-biotics and
fiber in your diet. So, thinking about adding a really good pro-biotic, like this one, more
fiber through your diet or through a supplement are all great ideas. This is Rachael Richardson
and this has been how to eat to lower your cholesterol.
