60 g sugar
170 gr warm milk 1 tbsp baking yeast
Mix
Let rest for 30 minutes
Add Flour
Add the milk mixture
Add 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
Add ½ tsp cinnamon
Knead for 5 minutes
Add 50g butter & Salt
Continue kneading for 10 minutes
Let the dough rise for 60 minutes
Degas the dough
Divide the dough in 10 small balls
The filling
Brown sugar Cinnamon Butter
Flatten each ball
Place each ball in melted butter
Mix brown sugar and cinnamon
Sprinkle sugar & cinnamon mixture
Let rest for 30 to 45 minutes
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in a hot oven
brush with syrup
