This week we go to Mazatlan, Mexico, located at 1,000km northwest from the capital.
The city of Mazatlan, Sinaloa is located on the coast of the Pacific Ocean. You can arrive there by land, sea or air.
We’ll take you to the international surf tournament: Quiksilver Clasico Mazatlan 2011
...and we’ll know the huge potential that surfing has in a place like Mexico.
64 of the best surfers compete on the Playa Camaron to win the historic first edition of this tournament.
Mexico is one of the favorite places for surfing around the world.
This is Mazatlan’s debut as host of an ASP event.
Join us; this is Endorphin, from the Pacific pearl.
This week we’ll see what’s surfing about.
To do this, we go to a spot in the south coast of Jalisco state: Arroyo Seco.
Some of the best Mexican surfers will tell us what’s the deal with surfing,
why do they practice it and what we need to do it.
Join us, this is Endorphin.
This week we’ll know Sayulita, Nayarit,
a place in the coast of the Mexican pacific
where you can live and breath the surf culture.
Multicultural place that has the best conditions for learning to surf,
...but that also has a spot for the pros.
With a beginners group we’ll take part in surfing lessons,
...we’ll find out if it is possible to surf since your first lesson,
and we’ll keep learning about the surfing universe.
Join us; this is Endorphin, from the beaches of Sayulita, Mexico.
This week we go to San Pancho, Nayarit, Mexico.
A town in the pacific coast where the strength of the waves tests the courage and the conditions of the surfers.
In this beautiful place we find El Guerrero,
...a local resident who dedicates his life to train the boys, as they can become professional surfers.
We’ll get into Guerrero’s School to see how the future surfers train
and we’ll see the guys surf powerful waves where the sea is deeper and dangerous.
We’re also going to know this town that is so different to any other place in Mexico.
Join us, this is Endorphin, from the beaches of San Pancho, Mexico.
We’re living One day with a surfer. We already woke up on the beach...
and now, we’ll surf in the dangerous spot known as El Atracadero,
in San Pancho, Nayarit, Mexico.
