are great because all you need is your body and some gravity
and a few minutes you can get a lot of great benefits to your body, you see planks a lot in pilates and yoga
and this is the common posture there called planks does you want it try to keep your body
straight like a plank
the most common variations are the side planks and though reversed reverse planks and the
most important benefit is that it is put in a better mood and it makes you stronger and
walking and standing up straight by getting good posture is huge
plus you get the flexibility
of using all of your muscles and planks do use every muscle in your body but the three biggest
muscles are the abs your back and your shoulders
