Hey guys! I'm back again and I'm going to show you guys how I do my wash and go. Okay
so my hair has been freshly washed and I went ahead and washed it in sections as you guys
may know from my previous video. And now I'm going to be taking my coconut oil because
I ran out of jojoba oil, and I'm going to go ahead and apply that to the sections of
my hair. The first thing I put on my hair is oil. Oil kind of like locks in the moisture
you have from the water. That's why I apply that first. Okay now I'm going to be adding
my leave in conditioner. I'm using the Giovanni direct leave in conditioner to add a little
moisture in my hair. I don't use too much. A little goes a long way with this product.
I just go ahead and smooth it through out my hair. This makes the gel less hard when
it dries and your hair still has moisture which I love about it. The gel I am using
is the Eco styler gel, that one is the argan oil formula. And again just like the conditioner,
I'm going to go ahead and smooth it throughout my hair. Smoothing is what really defines
each and every curl you have to go in and kind of rake in the gel. Now again, if you
do this wash and go your curls may look a little different. This is just defining the
natural curls I have. So if you were to follow this method it would define the natural curls
you have. So I'm just going to continue to go through section by section and repeat the
same steps applying the oil, then applying the conditioner, and applying the gel. And
I noticed this section felt a little dry do that's just water in my spray bottle that
I'm just going ahead and spraying to kind of make it a little moist. I don't like to
apply the gel to dry hair, I feel that it looks different in the end when you do so.
So I'm just going to go ahead and do this all over my head. I'm not going to show you
guys all of it on camera. But I'm going to be back to show you guys the end results.
So these are the end results. My hair is super bouncy, my curls are all defined and this
is pretty much it. Very simple. Just apply the oil, leave in conditioner and the gel
to define and hold the curls. This is how I'm going to go throughout the day and let
it dry. I'm not going to diffuse it or dry it or anything like that. I just let it air
dry. Alright so this is the end of day one. And I'm going to go ahead and get read for
bed by moisturizing my hair. So I use coconut oil to go ahead and use coconut oil to add
moisture to my hair. So I get it all over my hands and not to much and go ahead and
massage it into my scalp, into my hair, on my hair line. Making sure to completely cover
my hair in coconut oil. This stuff is really good for your hair. It's the only stuff that
actually goes into your hair strands. That's why I love putting it on at night. I feel
like it really gets to penetrate my hair strands and strengthen them while I'm sleeping. So
my hair felt a little to dry so I'm just going to go ahead and lightly mist it with water.
Again water is the top moisturizer for your hair. And I'm going to go ahead and continue
to scrunch the coconut oil in there. Until I feel my hair is moist enough for me to go
to bed. So now I take my satin bonnet, always wear a satin bonnet to keep the moisture in
my hair. And now I am read for bed. Okay guys, so it's the start of day two and I am getting
ready to go ahead and fix my hair so I can get out the door. I first start off with lightly
misting it with water because I feel like my hair is a little to dry to work with it
like that alone. Then I'm going to take my coconut oil again put a light coat over my
hands and then I'm just going to go ahead and begin stretching my hair out. Super easy.
I love these wash and go's it's so easy to go in the morning. And that's all I do. So
I wake up, spritz my hair just with a little bit of water and go ahead and scrunch, I mean
pull out the curls in the morning. And that's pretty much it guys this is the night of day
two and I'm doing the same thing. Coconut oil to moisturize, may spray a little bit
of water, depending on how it feels, go to bed, wake up, and do the same thing the next
morning. This wash and go lasted me a total of three days. Sometimes I can get it to last
five days which is awesome. And that's it my super simple wash and go. Thank you guys
so much for watching my video! See you guys next time. Bye!
