On behalf of Expert Village my name is Elizabeth Muller and today we're making Chicken Fricassee
Spanish style. I'm making chicken fricassee today and I'm going to go ahead and use a
couple of ingredients. We are going to use a green pepper, red pepper, cut real small.
One onion, one garlic clove, I'm using some olive oil, red cooking wine and regular wine
which I'll probably use a full bodied wine. So I'm using two wines in this ingredient,
in this dish. I'm using some spicy seasonings like steak seasoning that has like a lot of
pepper in it. I'm using some seasoned salt, cumin and oregano, season complete, peas and
olives, a can of tomato sauce and some potatoes that I've previously cut.
