Hello. It's "snack time" today.
Recently I'm into one-pot dishes cooked at the table.
I love cooking stewed dishes.
I've been stewing Japanese white radish and the like since yesterday, to allow the taste of the soup broth soak into them.
Now...
I'm making Oden.
I'm making a lot. I'll eat them for a week.
I'll also curry them or chowder them.
