This is Chef Michael Halbe with Expert Village and today we are going to be making crab and
shrimp rangoons.
Now we are going to cut our shrimp before we saute it off right quick. What I'm going
to do is taking the shrimp basically cutting it in half lengthwise. So it is 2 nice pieces.
Now what we would do with that we would take and cut them in half again. After I get them
all cut and lined up and we get some nice chunks in our rangoon. I'm just going to take
my knife right down the center and make sure we get it all the way through. There you go.
